Looks like a good set, especially the Upman, Romeo y Julieta, and Bolivar.  My sampler of Perdomo's should be arriving tomorrow.

I have been smoking cigars for about 9 years and always have a couple CAO L'Anniversarie cameroon toros, Padron 3000 naturals, and Partagas Spanish Rosado Familia's in my humidor.  I also like Partagas Blacks, Punch Gran Crus, and Ashton Maduro 60s.
2008 S2R 1k.  Black.  Pazzo Levers, 14 t front sprocket, CRG Hindsight LS mirrors, Cycle Cat Frame Sliders,  Oberon open clutch cover and gold/black EVR pressure plate, full Arrow exhaust with reflashed and mapped ECU, tail chop with gold Rizoma Avio 21 turn signals, Ohlins rear shock and Rizoma fluid reservoirs.

A friend gave me a Padron Family Reserve No.45 yesterday, getting excited to soke it later. Speaking of Cuban cigars, the best and worst cigars I've had were both Cuban: the best was a Montecristo Edicion Limitada 2008, and I can't seem to remember the worst one but I think it was also a Montecristo haha.

Finally got this in today.  Look what you've done, Cyrus!

The Champagne was really nice, it had a medium body to it, drew really well, and the ash was stiff and didn't fall onto my pant leg.  It came in a fancy lookin' golden cellophane wrapper.  Wasn't too overbearing either, no light headedness at the end, wasn't as strong as the sticks I generally get, but I liked it.   [thumbsup]

When I was first getting into cigars, I smoked a La Flor Dominicana Double Ligero chisel once on a half-empty stomach and was really enjoying it until it knocked me on my ass.  I can't even look at one now without turning a little green  :)

I remember getting sick on a dark CAO, I think it was an lx2, maybe 6 years ago in Boston.  Not a great feeling, smoked it too fast on an empty stomach.

That's why I like to give my friends shorter or at least cheaper cigars when I'm hosting cookouts and such.

I actually had the Lot23 the other night.  I had a crappy day at work so I smoked it while driving home.  Not the easiest thing to coordinate.  Took 3 days for the car to air out with the windows cracked open.   ???  Smoke was real nice though.  ;D

I'm about to go have another from my set, probably the Cameroon.

At the same time I ordered this sampler of Rocky Patels.  I really like the Olde World Reserves.

Why do roaches always die on their back?

That because the survivors flip them over to steal their sneakers and wallets.

That's the week of my brothers wedding.  I'm going to look into some events coming up in Las Vegas.

Had the Perdomo Habano Connecticut last night.   [thumbsup]

I'll be heading down to Puerto Rico for a few days, brother's bachelor party/trip.  Maybe I'll find something unique down there.

Today Jeff Owen from Perdomo Cigars mailed me the mail address to their distributor in Germany.
Mailed the German distributor about ordering a box of Perdomo's.

Had an H.Upmann down in Puerto Rico, not too shabby.  Also found a guy rolling fresh cigars in the Ritz Carlton lobby, bought a few for me and the guys.  Despite being horribly rolled with veins and trenches galore, it actually burned evenly and tasted good.

Kinda fun to have something so authentic and unrefined.  I was smoking it outside the El San Juan hotel when a bunch of richie rich older dudes joined me.  We proceeded to smoke out the entire entranceway.  They all had Montecristo's and Partaga's, but they didn't know what they were talking about when it came to cigars.  One guy said, "Oh boy this is strong, very robusto."  It was a churchill.  ;)

I've had a little humidor (holds 2 boxes) for about 15 years now and usually make a trip to Cuba once a year for a couple boxes. I also have a friend from work who goes to cuba several times a year and he usually brings me a box home. Honestly, I do find the quality of Cuban cigars inconsistant, but usually decent to very good. After years of smoking just about everything Cuba has to offer, my hands down favourite are good 'ol PUNCH coronas.

and edit to add: I also always bring home lots of coffee and a couple bottles rum.
