From what I gather from some googling (so don't rely on ANY of this), the white guy is batshit crazy and aggressive and the black guy mighta been drunk or high.  Cops took the black guy to the hospital and the white guy in for mental eval.  Apparently, while the fight was going on, some chick (maybe the chick filming?) took/stole the white guy's bag.  Gotta love public transportation.  laughingdp
