I don't understand this retro bike thing. Making new bikes look like old bikes. Or is it making a new bike that looks like the old bike if it were still made today.
To me, it's just a matter of making a new bike look GOOD, not so much retro. It has a very clean, simple, elegant look and that's always in style. I like it for the same reasons I like my M900. Very cool.

I want one, but I'll wait and see if it really does make it to production. Plus, will there be a US based dealership. How about service and warranty. If they can answer all those questions, then this might be my next bike.

My '69 Commando Fastback never leaked a drop of oil. Just so you know and yes, it had oil in it.

I was a little disappointed when I saw this first ride video. The engine makes a lot of noise. You can really hear the valves ticking.
That's terrible, how will you EVER hear the dry clutch?

he did mention how he thought the pipes were quiet and I've got to imagine a good deal of that was the microphone picking up a good bit of high-pitch noise rather than the full spectrum of sounds.

That bike would certainly be on the short list for my next purchase - I've always liked Nortons.

...The engine makes a lot of noise...
Are you serious?! Have you listened to a Ducati engine lately?!
BTW, I thought the Norton sounded great...engine chatter and all!!!

Now if I could just get my printing press working, I'd put a down-payment on a black and gold Commando!!

"Wrong", as in ~$2,500.00 (or) more-expensive suspension for a mostly-poser bike. (HD school of marketing
)
I've always liked the looks of the older British bikes. Some wonderful specimens on display at the Barber Museum
