Barbara and I are pretty much decided on passing on our June trip to ABQ and coming out in August for DITR. I assume that there are things to do for a non-rider like Barbara besides intoxication and debauchery.

Oh yes, she won't be the only one along without a cycle of her own. It's a quaint little mountain town we decend on.

My anniversary is Saturday the 7th.....so it's really not earlier.  I'll work on it if I have to scrub my Laguna trip, as I'm starting to think I will.

Sent PM's to get some feedback about our group stay in Ouray.
If you could let me know by Saturday and I'll make final arrangements.

This always makes me sad.  I still consider myself part of the NMMR, but I really like to stay with the main group.  One of these years, maybe the organizers will take a vote to see where the majority want to stay before they set it up.   The little pockets of Ducatisti spread out all over town just doesn't pack the same punch as when everyone congregates at one location.

We are a block away.. We could scream out the open window and you will hear us.. Its not like we are going to hide in the room only.. Like last year, it was ride, bs, drink, talk, sleep...  We will drink, party eat, shoot the shit with the main.> Then sleep in condo.. Smiley

Miss you bon.. Smiley

believe me i had this argument with them...they post it up and people dont really vote and then before we know it, its at another place...i know that i made my vote yet again known...but ya  Undecided

and its not like were not going to be around...the majority of our time will be with the main group we just sleep across the street  Grin but i can tell ya the first to times i went have noe been as crazy as the last 2 times before  laughingdp were all a little  popcorn Cool

I booked the townhome for the NMMR group tonight...so anyone who PM'ed or responded to me has a place to stay Smiley
Last minute arrivals can use the living room to camp out...

•Plasma screens, satellite TV and DVD in the livingroom and master bedroom
•Oversized soaking tub in the master bath
•Single car garage

Pam and I secured the condo with the following sleeping arraignments:
The two bedrooms with private bathrooms are occupied by Nic and Barbara
and Pam and myself at a cost of $300 for all three nights.
The third bedroom has four bunk beds occupied by Ed (bottom bunk), Stew and Jim with one spot still available
at a total cost of $135 for the three night stay.
Matt and Krystle would occupy the pull out couch for a combined total of $200 for three nights.
Finding another participant to occupy the remaining bunk bed will translate into an even lower cost.
Your feedback and opinion would be appreciated.
Can't wait to see you there [moto]
