have to disagree with the comment about the black being lost in the message. to be honest, the commercial has all of you talking, seems like worth all the money.

it's all about getting people talking. and how many of you have passed on the vid to others?

it's a great add, and Dante, the sound was superb. nice job.

Yeah but how many people can actually GET a black card?

Probably none of the people that are getting this linked to them.

Apart from a $500 or so annual fee and decent credit score requirement, I don't think it is all that astronomically difficult.  As far as I saw, it doesn't list a minimum spending requirement on the website, as the Centurion AMEX card does, which I believe is $150k yearly.

Really?  I thought it was supposed to be real exclusive.

Also, from blackcard.com : "The Black Card is not for everyone. In fact,
it is limited to only 1% of U.S. residents to ensure the highest caliber of personal service is provided to every Cardmember."

Oh well.  The commercial is still awesome.

1% of the U.S. population is 3,040,597 people.

No company really wants to limit the number of customers they have.  They just want people to think they're special.

Hey NoisyDante or anyone else that may know.

DO you have any experience with the GoPro Hero.

Is the quality any good?

Is there something else that offers better quality and features?

the "search" function on the site works well for that instead of bringing up a year and a half old dead thread.....just sayin

I figured I would ask on a thread where their was someone that might have some insight. Besides what does it matter if the thread is old or new.

Thanks for the re-up, as I missed this the first time 'round.

The advert had lots of pricey toys, an expensive looking house, and only a handful of chic, beautiful people. As a Consumer, this leads me to believe that if I have that card I too can have expensive things, be well dressed, and become better looking.

Same 'ol me, but now with added more betterness, and exclusivity. Bam! Grin

Forget the Duc and the helicopter... was anyone else concerned that her toe nail polish probably didn't have adequate time to dry before slipping on those leather boots?
