Quat D called me yesterday to discuss the Exbox. They recommend keeping my DP ECU along with this unit.

That looks a lot like the "protune" unit that motowheels sells. You may want to p.m. Moto and see what he has to say about it.

Similar but diff brand. Rexxer has more control over what can can't be done. Would I be better of with a Nemesis ECU?

I can't tell you from personal experience, but unless you are planning major modifications to the engine, or need to squeeze every ounce of power from your motor, and money and time is no object...I would stick with reflashing the stock ecu, or getting a dp ecu. I am running a reflashed dp ecu from ducati depot with pipes and pod filters, and the bike runs absolutely perfectly. Not even a hiccup. I imagine that if I spent $1000 on a nemesis and then another $400 for dyno time, I could probably get some more power out of my bike, but it just isn't worth the cash for a daily driver.
