any apt or houses for rent?

looking for a spot.. was thinking about buying a house a little more upstate but might just stay near the city area.. bad thing is, it's cheaper to buy a house then to rent a place it seems...  first off, if anyone is a realtor or is selling a house (was looking in the port Jervis area) for under 150k  let me now..   it'll be the lady a 13yr old boy new born baby girl coming in April and me.. so 3 bedroom would be better or 2 BR with pretty decent sized room for the crib and all..  of course I'd rather spend 1100 to make it easier but looking online it's pretty steep..

Once you narrow it down to an area, you can use trulia.com to do price research for comps as well as see what is listed and closed transactions.
