Painting carbon parts?
«

Hi everyone,
Just got that new nice looking no-cut Desmoworld tail, i don't like the carbon however and would therefore like to make it as dark as the rest of the bike. Since I'm a complete rookie at these things I would like some advise in which type of spray-paint to choose (I want good quality and I'm not sure that's what I'm getting in the shop around the corner) also do I need to prepare the carbon before paint?
Thanks for a great forum!

spray-paint typically isn't resistant to solvents and such... like gasoline... might not be the best choice?
i'm no painter though.

Not just a pro, but someone with a lot of experience in CF.
