Behmor Roaster & CoffeeSnobs

Those into coffee may be aware of the "issues" I encountered late last year with discussions about the Behmor 1600 roaster and the CoffeeSnobs web site (or more specifically by the admin). Today I re-registered onto the site (after my login somehow stopped working last year), as it now contains a wealth of knowledge on the Behmor and noted that the site now offers Behmor roasters for sale (by the admin). Hmm, interesting.

What do you in the know make of that? Hopefully this discussion, on a non affiliated site, is not going to get me "offed" from CoffeeSnobs .............again!

For those not in the know, coffeesnobs is run by commercial interests. As such (same as when doing any research) it is a good place to go for some information but is not the only information out there. Unlike our beloved, impartial (and sometimes almost deserving of beatification) flounder administrators, that particular website does allow itself to be influenced by it's commercial considerations and your little run in with them was symptomatic of the way things are run there.
