The wife and I have eight that are together and rolling, but one of them (my Harley) has been sitting with a bad ignition module because I haven't felt like putting the money into it. I keept debating on putting it into a more permanent form of retirement, and am still undecided (it has 105,000 miles and is getting to the point I may have to start sinking some money into it). I've been itching really, really badly for another bike, but we are trying to hold off for another year or two and buy two new ones.

The M900 is the one with the lowest mileage at 14k, then the 748 at 20k, and then they keep climbing to 105k with only one other having less than 30k (at 25k). My wife's main bike is a 2000 R1 and it went from 3900 miles to 43,000 miles in three years, so I think that one will need some work or a replacement in the next year or two......and the R1 will be pushed into a corner until I can build my "Mmuseum of Old and Worn Out Bikes" or maybe use them as props in a motorcycle-related restaurant. 2005 Ducati Monster 620D 'Zerafina'

1984 Honda Nighthawk CB700S that doesn't run much

1981 Honda GL500 P.O.S. that needs to get the heck out of my tiny shop (doesn't and won't run), thinking of dropping it at the local cycle salvage yard just to get rid of it. If you want it, come and get it, any day, any time.

So I voted for two b/c the GL doesn't count in my mind, it is just a waste of space, I hate it and want it gone. (Okay so hate is a bit strong, but it is in my way).

I have 3 currently.  03 M620 I am selling; 07 S2R1K; and my wife's 50cc Chinese-made generic scooter with a 72cc big bore kit (that count as a bike, right?)

Including the one I bought about two hours ago, 1.5.  I thought I would have to change my vote but I voted for Chuck Norris

[moto] [moto] [moto] [moto] [moto] [moto] all are running - but three are not "operational"

(I'll rationalize anyway I want - thank you very much)

Plus the wife has:

I ended up "Chuck Norris" only because none of the other answers really fit.  Yes I've only got one bike.  Faithful to her.. sure.. but If I had my way there would be 1 track bike, 1 road bike, 1 D16RR, and something vintage for "special occasions"  Potential candidates include, but are not limited to: Triumph Speed triple, West Coast Chopper CFL Rigid, 750 Supersport Ducati, 999R, 749R, 848 "R", 70's era Bonneville or BSA or Norton, New Norton, did I mention D16RR?
