Note to Mods:

Where you have posted the 'New Avatar Policy' is hidden if you shrink the header. I had to be informed by the Boss ... so there may be many who don't see it.

If only there was a clever way to switch off avatars like you can the header, everyone would be happy cheeky

We're sort of counting on the members to spread the word. Also, it's not like we have a deadline so if it takes a while for the word to get out, that's fine.
