I Ride: a 2005 S2R 800 (sold)

« on: March 13, 2010, 12:52:52 AM »

Hey guys, I know this is probably a stretch, but I'm planning a 6 day, 3770 approx. ride for this summer and my first stop will be somewhere between Sacramento and SF. I'm planning on stopping here May 10th and was wondering if a fellow DMFer can help me out with a place to stay.  Don't worry I'll be quiet  Grin  I don't expect anyone to say yes, I just thought I might as well ask Smiley  I'm just your run of the mill broke college student looking for a long ride to blow off some steam [moto].  have a good weekend  chug

here's the basic ride outline Smiley http://www.mapquest.com/mq/8-6kgIgsNfcS4S3AHxwiqJ

Looks like an awesome ride Smiley

Many of us are in SF proper, but there are some DMF'ers east of here. Hoping someone will step up!

I'll be in town and we have space if you don't mind a scenic twisty detour to get to our place. Cool

That's a real ambitious trip for 6 days.
If you haven't been to SF, you've got to stop in. Otherwise, my place in San Jose is available. PM me as the date gets closer if this works for you. Good luck

With that route you're going to want to post up in the Central California forums: http://ducatimonsterforum.org/index.php?board=22.0

It has members from Sacramento on down to San Luis Obispo.
