I recently purchased a S2R1000 from a dealership in Houston, but now live in NE Texas.  Which Dallas / Fort Worth Ducati dealer provides the best customer satisfaction when it comes to warranty claims?  I have an expanding fuel tank and would prefer to take the bike to Dallas or Fort Worth rather than all the way back to Houston.  Which dealer will take care of me?

Thanks,
Jeff

Advanced Motorsports Dallas, it's 50 miles closer than their Alvarado store. 214-466-6540. I am sure they have seen their share of bloated tanks! Give them a call, ask for Marty or Jordan. Ask for Jordan first. Tell him Brian from this board sent you. Some of the west side/Ft. Worth DMF group like Eurosport Cycles in Ft. Worth. But almost everyone goes to AMS for a really good reason! Whatever you do don't go to European Cycle Sport in Plano!! I will personally physically keep you from going!!! Grin I could tell you horror stories and so could others. They seem to treat their BMW customers fairly well but if you own a Duc, Triumph, etc you are officially on the red headed step child list. Big time!

Where in NE Texas are you?

Good luck! waytogo

Fasttwin,

Thanks for the input.  I live in Tyler and work in Palestine.

+1 on AMS.

I man the grill on Saturdays. This Saturday (12-2) is the new Multistrada unveiling, so it would be a fun time to be there.
I'm also there on Friday most often.

If you need any help getting there, give a shout to one of us and we'd all be glad to help you out. Also, check in with the local boards - DFWM, here: http://ducatimonsterforum.org/index.php?board=30.0

C'mon down!

There are a few things I've always been good at. Extensive knowledge of the aftermarket parts (for ducs, guns, and once upon a time, 4th Gen Camaros), good at "maths", and I love a grilled bratwurst/kielbasa, with a large burger to wash it all down.

Law was just to learn about the patent system, IP, tax and contracts. The squishy stuff annoys me.

show up tomorrow at the unveiling of the Multi from 12 to 2.  Check the local listing under DFWM for the details.  Going to rail like hell anyway so jump in the car.

Looks like I'm off grill duty, as it will be catered, but it will be really good food and that allows me time to do other things than sunburn half of my face. laughingdp
