Hey all, i was just gettin on the interstate today and my speedometer quit working, my tachometer works fine, just the speedometer, and its not counting my  miles anymore either.  anybody tell me what to start with to fix this bad boy?

Check the speedo cable to the front wheel.

Check the speedo cable to the front wheel.

yea, that was the first thing i checked, seems to still be on there tight.

check to make sure that the cable inside is not broken,

I think he means the cable inside the housing to be sure it is not broken.

Also if the front wheel has been off recently make sure that the inner drive ring is still there. they have been known to fall out when the wheel is off.
