If it is aesthetic changes you are after then you are your own best guide. But I recommend you get an overall bike theme/idea in your mind before you get too carried away.

Have a look on the bike pics threads either here (in Ozmo-land) or on the main board ... then pinch some ideas and photos. If need be you can post up the pic, say 'ohh I like this where can I get one?' and there will be plenty of bling addicts to assist.

As for the tail chop I am not the person to ask, but there are kits available for re-mounting your important bits, other than that it should be a couple of bolts, cutting a couple of bits of the frame and then sealing them up ... but like I said I am not the person to ask.
