What instrument do you play? I am a violinist with Saint Louis Symphony. We'll be in San Fran at Davies Hall in April. Have a fun concert.

You said they sold out last time.  What time should we be there to avoid the sell-out.  I'd buy tickets now, but I need to wait a little to make sure I'm free and would prefer to buy them at the door.

Very cool!  I am also a violinist (principal 2nd).  Is this part of a more extended tour?

Definitely before 2:30; if you show up around 2 to get tickets and then go get a coffee somewhere that should be fine.  We're selling some additional seats this time (behind the stage) so that should help out too.

Somewhat extended. We'll be in LA, couple of other places I can't remember now and 2 shows in San Fran. Can't wait to come back to SF since I got married there 3 years ago on April 17th.

Great performance!  Impressed by both the talent of the symphony as well as the composer and soloist, especially at their ages.
