I just noticed that my inspection sticker runs December to December.  Here in the NE that creates a bit of an issue as inspections in December can be a bit dicey...

Is this standard?  End of day i am not too worried about it, but it may mean riding uninspected for several days until i can find a place that is open that will actually give me a sticker.

I don't know specifically where you live, but in Maine an inspection was like $10 or something piddly. If you're REALLY worried about it, you could always go to an inspection station in like October and get it done.

You're in MA right?

I believe inspections are in your birth/reg month like for cars in NH.

Bikes get done in June here.

Chances are you'll be ok if you don't put it off long.

Yup, and registration ends 12/31, maybe that's what WhiteStripe was thinking of.

Yeah,  i am an idiot.  Inspection runs until 5/31 - not sure what i was thinking...

Good news was that i told my wife i had to go get it inspected, so i scored a ride on Saturday!

So is MA really May to May, or if i go in April will it go to Apr - Apr like a car?

DucPainter, in MA its when you register a car, not birthday - makes it hard to keep track.

Every motorcycle inspection in Mass ends on the last day of May and it doesn't matter when you get it done

In NH reg is done in your birth month as is inspection on cars.

Bikes all get inspected in June.
