Yes I would be interested.  I've got an idea that is similar but using rearsets from a sbk.  The only problem is you would need to use a swing arm pivot from an S*R which costs $107.  I'm not real interested in making $150 rearsets because I think there are too many parts and too much time involved.  Anything that cheap might not be too safe.
