Finally got the Givie A780 windscreen from Motostrano.  Two problems:

1) The screen is broken.  Around the lower right mounting hole the plastic is broken in an irregular bowtie shape about 1" across.  The boxes it arrived in were fine and the bubblewrap around it shows no damage.  I think it was broken in the factory.

2) The screen doesn't fit on the frame.  The frame bolts onto the handlebar assembly and it fits fine.  However, the holes in the screen and the holes in the frame do not line up.  With the holes on either the right, or the left, lined up the ones on the other side are off by 1/2" so the bolts won't go in.

Anybody else order an A780?  Any problems?

Two weeks until the first track day and I still don't have a decent screen on the bike!   bang head

Step #1 is contact Mostrano.  They are the seller.  Since the packaging is intact it is the seller's responsibility, and they have to make things right.

+1. They should make it right.

I have 2 universal Givi screens, ordered thru Twisted Throttle. Both arrived in perfect condition.

I think they will.  This is the first time I have ordered from Motostrano, but they haven't done anything to make me think they won't fix the situation.  Also, I have bought four or five items made by Givi and all were what I ordered and worked well.  I don't know what happened this time, but I am not pleased.
