On top of the world and moist?
Maybe he means eager to bury his face in something red and wet but knowing it's not going to happen because he'll never get through all the barriers.

that has a little to do with what they are being used for (a reflection of how they are driven perhaps?)

OK, not sure if this should go in the "know what I hate" or the WTF thread? I'll try it here. Two car WTFs. The first one is WTF is up with people (and I mean grown adults) that have the front dashboard of their car and the back one under the rear window covered in little stuffed animals? What's up with that? Not just one or two but dozens of them! And there are no kids in the cars and no child seats. Just grown adults. Saw a car full of them today and the old lady driving was 70 something at least but I have seen folks of all ages with this stuffed animal fetish. Huh? If they had a wreck they'd be hospitalized by the flying stuffed toys! Number two is WTF is up with those crazy people driving around with the entire interior of the car filled with trash and crap? I mean it's like a garbage truck backed up to the open windows and dropped a whole truck load inside! Completely full of garbage, trash, newspapers and old clothes, etc all the way up to the windows! Save for the little bit of space where the driver can get behind the wheel. The rest of the interior is filled to the brim with 30 years of shit. And there is usually a full garbage sack of the same crap on the dash! It's not like they live in their car. There's no room! WTF is up with that? How did that empty bag or two of McDonald's trash turn into that mountain of shit? Crazy stuff!

The fact that flame throwers exist is proof that someone somewhere said "I'd sure like to set those people over there on fire but I'm just not close enough to get the job done."
CONFIDENCE: the feeling you have right before you understand the situation.

I mean he can't be old enough to have accumulated that much crap in a car made in the late 90s.... It's like he inherited other peoples garbage and just told them to pour it on top of the rest of it... also, both door locks have been popped out... so its open all the time for people to come and steal stuff... but I think they just leave more... break in and add more to the pile... WTF
