What is that cylinder on the left hand side to the left of the clutch slave?

Its hard to tell, but do you have risers on your bars? The spacer from the tank up to the mount looks long. I want a damper bad, but I dont want to give up the risers. I was thinking of having something fabricated to make up for the hight difference of stock vs. risers....

The cylinder is a Stebel Nautilus air horn - I plan on moving it once I delete the emission canister

Handle bar clamp/riser is stock - you could fab something to make the mount lower
