Looks good! and sounds good! But i am a little biased....
One suggestion... No music in the video! Lets hear the exhaust, not the music!
Granted, hearing the underseat in person is completely different than on a video... sounds sooooo much better in real life

Sounds pretty good, but comparison against a background of music is difficult.
Unrelated, i suggest always wearing gloves when you ride. You always stick your hands out when you trip and fall, imagine the result at 30mph or more.

All,
If you stick with the vid the music is dramatically dropped when the exhaust notes are being heard. You can barely even hear the music.
a m,
If I come off my bike at 30 I think my hands would be the least of my worries but thanks for the advice.

touche. i just know that the day I thought it was too hot to wear a jacket was the only day i've crashed on the street, and i came off at 45. my gloves looked horrendous but my hands were fine. My elbow and hip had seen far better days.
Any chance you can post up some detailed pics of the pipe to wheel clearance distance?
And, since I've only been loosely following the progress of these exhausts, what's the plan for ECU and airbox, if any? How lean is it running now?

Ryan would be able to answer the ratio questions as I don't have a reader or tuner. As for the clearance pics, where specifically would you like me to take pics? Clearance between the tubes and underseat or midpipe clearance? I can get some pretty hi-res ones online in a couple of days.

As for the ECU and Airbox. We have not seen any issues if you retain the stock airbox and ECU setup. Since the Siemens ECU utilizes two O2 sensors you do not have the issues of burning up the front cylinder as with the Marelli that uses only one. I know that Doworkson is using a juice box to adjust the A/F. We have been working with a company that utilizes the Continental ECU (this is who really makes the Siemens ECU) to crack the code on the stock ECU to allow for infinite tuning. Progress is quite slow on this as cracking the code takes a bit of time. I would like to see a little richer A/F on the bottom regardless of the exhaust system.

Yep
I am using a new K&N filter and the juice box.... The juice box is not for fine tuning, but it does allow you to add fuel to an already fuel deprived engine.... Takes some time of riding, adjusting, and more riding.... But it runs great now

P'trippin,
If I am not mistaken, I think I did the core on those cans if I remember correctly. Those do not sound stock at all. In fact are those the anodized jobbies I did?

It's difficult to tell in this video but how much louder are the new pipes from the old (non cored stock). I am looking for either underbike or underseat exhaust but don't want to have neighbors complaining about noise. Would you think that these are louder/quiter than boomtubes?

Never considered that. Guess I'll stick to my original plan and make enough bank to get a house on top of a mountain somewhere. It just makes more sense.
