Ok, so a few of us met up last Thursday night and had dinner.  The meal was less than grand, but all had a good time none-the-less.  Well, except for Laughn not being able to get off the shitter the next day, but I digress...  So anyhow, I sent an sms to some of you guys last night about doing something similar again this week, only at Gordon Biersch this time.  And with that in mind, how many would be interested in coming out?  So far Anne said that her and Man will probably come, and she wants to invite Sammy as well.  Emile said he will most likely come out as well.  Anyone else?

Me..... Maybe Gloria and the Dog...... But we have to sit outside..... (it'll depend on whether it's raining or not) ...  I think me for sure... Maybe... But it can't be too early or too late. Not that I'm putting any conditions on anything. The food will be far better, I assure you.

Dude!!  You and all your rules and conditions!  Sounds like some of the leasing agents I have been talking to in DC.   cheeky

But no, we are looking at meeting up there around six thirty to seven, so not too late at all.  I'll most likely ride down weather allowing, so...

And speaking of which but on a slightly different subject.

I talked to Tristan today. He and Jen are heading back to a 5 to 6 week school on the east coast sometime around the 24th - 26th.

That means, if I am doing my math correctly, that we have a two weekend window to have a bar-b-que, etc. etc, where we can get somewhat of a group together. So, I vote to get this somewhat organized before it's too late and we're sitting around a beer saying "yeah, we should of."  And this includes you too Teddy & Ranilo 'cause after this the DML/DMF group will never be really the same ever again. It's not like it was the ultimate best in clubs but good times were had with good folks and that is increasingly rare these days. Just my two cents.  Vino!

Pardon.  I was using the term extremely loosely and I stand corrected. "Occasional gathering of folks with fleeting, mutual Ducati interest" is too long so I just shortened it.

Count me and my wife in.  It will be a nice change to see you all without your helmets and leathers.

Tristo was totally in on Thursday night until Thursday rolled around.  Work is grand, grand thingy.

He will, however, make any BBQ festivities.  If we need a host, I'm able.  If we already have a place, I'll bring some goodies.

Either way, good times are around the bend  waytogo
