The whole thing was just f=ed up from the start and I was just happy to get money to pay for the wrong that was done. The guy manned up. AND I was looking at the boomtubes before all of this happened and emailed about them... and I will most likely end up with them now
So.... the bike will be even better now... Can't argue with that...
