I just found out that each kit costs $600.00.  I didn't expect them to be that much. Oh well, that's what my birthday is for. |

Update on deal:
I talked to my dealer today and he says I definitely qualify. Ducati will send the skins to the dealer and the dealer will install them. Ducati tells them to charge for installation -- I think you'll be easily able to talk them out of that fee since you're buying a bike from them. He told me 6 weeks... right around time for that 650mi check up. No word just yet about keeping the old skins... again, should be able to talk the dealer into giving them back fairly easily.

See Dave's post from above yours... Bikes purchased will come with the color on the bike at time of sale and your secondary color choice will be shipped from Ducati once new bike is registered. You get both sets.
Yes they fit perfectly on a 696!!
