A friend of mine is looking for a house to rent for @ 6 months in ABQ.

Anyone have anything, or recommend a good property manager?

The house next door to me is for rent.  The owner is an ex-Eclipse Avation engineer and he hasn't been able to sell the house.  I'll be he'd do a 6 month lease.  Want me to get a phone number?

I wonder if I know him.   I worked at Eclipse in ABQ before they closed their doors.  Still hoping they restart production so I can reapply and get back down there.
