Hi. I’m Troy McClure. You may remember me from such self-help tapes as “Smoke Yourself Thin” and “Get Some Confidence, Stupid!”
NYTimes: "...highlights of his global tour include encounters with Nelson Mandela, an 800-year-old demigod and a dildo collector."

i dont care if you have been a mechanic for 10 years doing something for a long time does not make you good at it, take my gf for an example shes been walking for 28 years and still manages to fall over all the time.

   Hi All.
On Wednesday 8th I need to meet up with relatives in Forster, so I was planning to leave early. . . ish on Tues, up Bells Line to Lithgow then via Bylong Valley Way and Bucketts Way to Nabiac and Forster. Return to Sydney on Thursday probably via the same route. Anyone interested in some or even all of this little jaunt is wellcome to get in touch. Bells Line 4 times in a week, yoo-hoo ! plus I got to say, I'm a little bit excited about Bylong, having read all about it on the DMF.    cheers Steve

Hmn memories of the bumpy Bucketts hope they've fixed it (still better than the hwy, just a good suspension workout).  Would adding the Oxley Hwy be just too much of a good thing?

rendan

this is a nice little side trip depending on where you are going

not too far from forster  a little detour through wooton

http://www.whereis.com/nsw/forster?id=125027B6FEE815

mmm nice squiggly bits and a very nice detour if you are going along the pac hwy

its the old highway , no traffic and nice high speed sweepers

I've never ridden the Oxley so I might do that, would you rate it highly? (there's never too much of a good thing)

Never realised that existed, probably cause I would always go via the Lakes Way. Thanks, I will check it out one day, probably not this time though.

oxlet is brilliant , enough to keep everyone happy

on the port side of gingers its 25/35's tight stuff

on the other side west side its 45/55's open sweepers , my favourite Smiley

oxley from syd is a nice 3 day ride , 1 to get there, 1 to ride it and then another home

Thanks Heather, I owe you one, thats a great ride. Went up Thunderbolts Way to Walcha, then down the Oxley. When I hit the flats, I turned around and went back up to Gingers Creek cafe, had a cuppa and did it again. Suuperrrb stretch of road,
                                  cheers  Steve
