slipper clutches take the same plates, he was saying he uses sintered plates in the slipper clutch on his 999R and organic plates in the slipper clutches on his 900SS and ST2,
oh, how i hate the rich!

I will probably look at a slipper type unit when I go to replace my clutch - eventually. Grin

If you don't wash your bike, plates won't stick  - problem solved.  waytogo I take it you don't ride in the rain either?

weird...
I can only guess that there is/was some sort of packing/storage gunk on the frictions or steels??
maybe give the frictions a light sand on a flat board and clean the steel..   Undecided

of course i ride in the rain! if i'm out and it rains i don't stop! or abandon my bike on the side of the road! i just take the car if i need to go anywhere and it's raining. Grin
you're just jealous that on our ride yours looked brown and mine was all nice and shiny waytogo

Very happy with the service.
