Love the drifting on the dirt bike. Not sure I will like it on the Monster though.  Lips Sealed

I think I will just leave it to the experts while I watch and drool!!! [moto]

Don't worry Kaz, they will teach you at the Superbike School.

Well they don't actually but they probably could if that was what you wanted.

In the interest of folks who record and watch   popcorn the race later, please put

"SPOILER"
in the title of the thread. Revealing the results of a race in other sections of DMF is an offence punishable by death.  Police

I was going to say that but everyone was so excited.

But peoples it is common curtsy to out "spoiler alert" in your title because as Craig said others do record and watch it
later while avoiding all forms of news in the meantime.

Saying that, the 2nd Moto2 race of the year was amazing.
And Jorge's celebration after was worthy of a Rossi moment.  laughingdp laughingdp

Sorry Craig. I didn't even think of that. Got caught up in the excitement.  Roll Eyes

Still learning about all this Forum Etiquette.

laughingdp It was only a matter of time laughingdp

I actually considered sending a PM, but figured if you were holding out to watch the race/s why the hell would you open a thread specifically addressing the race/s you are trying to avoid ... and if you had a look then you've got no-one to blame but yourself cheeky

If the thread was titled 'Whore-Gay carries on like a berk after winning MotoGP in Jerez' then I can understand people getting upset Grin

Very true Betty.
I did avoid it until after I had watched the races.
It was fun to read all the one liners.

It is still nice to keep an alert in the title, not unlike unsafe for work as you would know.

It happens every 6 months or so that someone posts the result in the title of a thread or something. I'm not poking shit, I'm just saying that there are people that get touchy about something that's easily avoided, that's all.

I simply avoid all contact with other humans and all forms of media until I have watched the race.  waytogo

I mostly just posted because I wanted to use

BIG RED SCROLLING BOLD TEXT

Moto2 and GP were both awesome. Those Moto2 lads have huge brass ones.

Hey! I resemble that remark!

Yeah, the issue is more when the race results show up in the "trading post' thread or similar. That's the best way to f*&k your racing action.. Better to have a race thread and keep all the race talk in there.

Craigo is right - we have a lot of new faces round here, so best to let people know about about things like race spoilers etc...

Now I am really confused. I thought that was what we did?  Huh? Huh? Undecided

Is there a by-law thread somewhere on the forum or should I just run it past my solicitor before I post?  laughingdp laughingdp

So who had the brilliant idea of linking people direct to Ozmo land? Strong chance you will never encounter the Board Rules:

MR 2.7 does not apply your honour as it was never my intention to report anybody.

I think I might be safe under MP4 ... but my biggest problem is that ALL of my posts come unstuck under the General Posting Principles (ref. Addenda).

I'd better quit while I'm behind.

It's just simple curtosy if you are talking about racing to put spoiler alert in the title.
The whole conversation was talking about places and who's where on the track.

Like I said I loved the excitement but didn't read it until after I had watched the race(s)
