Same ole DesmoDevil, in a more gentle package

« on: May 11, 2010, 08:39:33 AM »

Hey all,

My company is looking for help.    We need electronic publishers to help take PDF documents and convert them into our parts catalog formats with our software.  Per our website (www.digabit.com):

Digabit, Inc. located in Lakewood is looking for a few on-site contract workers to produce technical manuals using our web-based application called Documoto.

To be a candidate you will need skills to:
Use PDF documents (extracting pages, copy/paste text, clipping images)
Follow File Management Protocol (naming documents correctly by our procedures)
Edit Images (clean up diagram image files)
Produce Web-based books with our web app (following specific guidelines)
FTP (transferring files to web app)
Be very detail-oriented and work at a quick pace
A successful candidate will work from our office in Lakewood and work feverishly to help us produce a tremendous amount of pages that they will then publish into online book format.

To apply for this position, please visit https://ciims.cindexinc.com/job/5f6dd2

Damn. I knew I should visit MHM more often. Position still available? It's a long shot seeing that the post is a month old.
