Started scraping 5/8/09.  Finally gave up today on ever getting a settlement so I signed a stipulation and order of bifurcation just to be rid of her.  I will have to pay Cobra and maintain her health insurance until we finally have a settlement, but at least I will be legally divorced.

My advice is that to prepare for this you should get used to burning large piles of money and enjoying the pretty colors it makes  ;D
