Bully Locks Disc lock alarm

Anybody have any experience with one of these:
http://www.newenough.com/parts/accessories/locks__alarms/bully_locks/billet_steel_motorcycle_disc_lock_alarm.html
? Anybody know if it will fit a 696? I want to get a disc lock with a built in alarm, just not sure which one to pick up. Also considering this:
http://www.newenough.com/parts/accessories/locks__alarms/xena_security/xe15_xn15_motorcycle_disc_lock_alarm.html
but it is a little more expensive.

I have a Xena, and it's design sucks. It failed on me after about a year of use...i did leave it in the rain a few times. But the instructions didnt say to not leave it in the rain. it has a water resistant gasket around the electrical components. It just beeps randomly now. i rmoeved it and use it as a regular is lock.
I will say that the Xena one is VERY well built. Needless to say it has been dropped atleast 3 times and although scared it is a solid piece of metal that will defintely hold up to a beating if someone tried to attack it.

Hi just got the Xena. Very well built. The battery install can be a bit tricky, but once in, it's self-arming/self-disarming feature is pretty good. Plenty loud and sounds different than a car alarm. As far as the random beeps, the instructions included state that the battery should be good for about 8 months with regular use after which the battery should be replaced. Once the battery is low, it will beep every once in a while to let you know to do something about it.

Thanks for the info guys. I will probably order the cheaper one in the next couple of weeks. I'm not in huge rush to get one since so far I've only been riding the monster to and from work and at work I park next to the guard shack. Ultimate deterrent to theft, a guy with a guy who knows who the bike belongs to.
