Isn't that the wrong side (damage-wise) for turn 4?

... and it doesn't look too serious.

Would be interesting to see how much it goes for. The auctions i went to the 'good' bikes were going for stupid money. At least i doubt a Desmo could be re-birthed so maybe it won't go for 'to' much  Police

I have photos of the magic "X out of 1500" unit number on that bike that was binned at EC. You can't tell what the magic number is from the pickles photos. The EC one was cactus on both sides (it ate some tarmac and gravel on the left then flipped and ate gravel on the right).  Hard to tell from the pics on pickles if it's the same bike. The EC one was def registered in NSW when it ate it.

Its 100% the one Craigo, I know this because i hooked the owner up with Carbon Imports to replace the bar ends, levers and clipons. it is 1496/1500 .

From what i have been told it is a repo and finance is chasing between 65 to 70k.

The damage is more than skin deep,Even if your a good painter and repair the panels, you will be up for at lease 15k for the necessary bits to bring it up to scratch.

yep, 1496 it was. Weird that is ended up in SA. I still remember cringing when I saw that thing get dragged of the pickup ute at the track.
