There are A LOT of options (do a search).  Bar ends seem to give you the most useful view but I don't think they look all that great.

My personal favorite:

lol - coz I like being ....special..  Embarrassed laughingdp

Seriously, those Rizoma Radial Nakeds are my favourites too in terms of how they look  Cool.  But if you want mirrors that actually work then I never used anything better than Rizoma's Class Retro barends.

Yeah I'm shallow - I dumped the functional Class Retros for the cool of the Radial Nakeds....

i tried oberon end bar mirrors
(they kept moving about even with lock tight or gasket paste on the bolts)
link to oberons http://www.whaccessories.com/images/OberonMirrorStreetFighterPair.jpg

I settled with these
http://www.trojan-horse.co.uk/prods/223.html
which are much much better ...they don't move at all either they are as solid as rocks

With mirrors its a personal thing though i guess

I'm from down under as well ... I already have the Radial Naked's on my bike but the Boss still runs with some stock mirrors - the black and gold stemmed ones would work great on her Monster.

But since you are being so generous I could always do with a spare silver pair ... thank you muchly waytogo
