FYI out here puppy farms are bad places where they raise dogs for sale. Packed in cages and generally poor living conditions.

trees won't help much when you are christening the top of the silo doggie style....but if you are gonna do that...might as well wait till night fall and use some led's in a weird fashion so they think alien's have landed!!!

Looks like this deal may not go through.

After some researching the oil and gas lease we have reduced our initial offer by a lot.

We left some room to deal if they're game.

If not we are going to walk away from this property  :'(
