Well, I met with the seller and his wife this morning and presented my offer.

It went pretty well I think.

He had said he didn't intend to come down. In the course of our conversation he admitted my offer was fair. :)

I don't think his asking price was unreasonable. I know we can meet somewhere in the middle :) :)

I think this is gonna work.

does this mean i need to buy painball guns and figure out how to mount them to the XR with a remote firing method? :D

men in kilts are generally self assured, gregarious, and more often than not, drunk or working on it.
