Pix or shens!

Finally got a ride in - short to avoid the worst of the heat. Then spent way too much time scrubbing down the bike after realizing how dirty it really was.

It took the IT "services" people almost 2 weeks to get me a PC and even then it was only useful as a boat anchor. Bureaucracy, paperwork and lazy people are my main issues with working for the Gov.

On the other side, my boss(es) and co-workers are awesome people, so it's all good in the end Smiley

There seems to be a terminal in my little cube (HOORAY CUBICLES!!) already, but the true question is whether or not it's set up...

Shit! Come here and that's a deal!  I can cook... and I just spent way to long cleaning up my grubby bike... I could have cranked out a fine fine meal in less time.

Finally went to finish my in-processing.  Spent all day up at Bolling and found out they weren't going to reimburse the full stay at the hotel the way they said they would.  "I'm sorry sir, but the person that approved you for 30 days did so incorrectly.  You are technically only authorized 10 days"...  FML...
