Rode Lars KTM SM 950 today out at Harwood. That bike has tq everywhere in the upper rpms. Kind of reminded me of my old 2 stroke bikes. I was dissapointed no tach and the flat spot it the rpm range because of the carbs.
I had to pry his hands off my Aprilia after letting him ride it...didn't realize the weight difference till I got back on it too.
Props to the guy on the old school Kawi Concourse with bald tires and boat shoes who was holding his own with us.

Fixed my fork over the weekend. The preload adjustor had gotten stuck one the compression damper in the cap during service. Bit of a PITA, but it's sorted. Now I can get the Monster back on the road. That ate sat...
Waged yard Jihad on sunday. 10 bags of crud gone and more to go. The PO left a lot to run wild.

How do you feel today?
she seems to feel fine...my left arch is feeling almost like it is bruised(I think due to my work shoes), but not quite and my legs (ie: specifically my calves and my hamstrings )are slowly coming back from being sore and me moving normally....gonna lead a 10K training program pace group at around a 10:10 pace for 6 miles tommorrow night...so a lil bit of a workout to stretch things back out and get back into the groove before doing the Cherry Blossom 10Miler on April 1st... |
