Link for the lazy/using a phone?

I've only seen it in SW-Motech's catalog pdf (p38-39): http://shop.sw-motech.com/cosmoshop/downloads/sonstige/katalog/sw_bc_katalog_2010_englisch.pdf

Well I figured out why you cannot find it on a merchant site yet.  Did you notice that those pages were marked 'preview'?  And you're teaching tomorrows leaders...

I did notice, which is why I contacted SW-Motech to find out when it was going to be released in the states. Their rep indicated that it was already available from Twisted Throttle, but was wrong. They indicated that it was available from one distributor in Europe, but now appears to be sold out (http://www.muellerimporte.at/quicklock-tankring-p-244593.html).

Fixed that for ya.

If these kids are "tomorrow's leaders," we're in big trouble. For example, I gave an exam in the class I taught this summer with questions copied verbatim from their assigned homework. The average score was 53 and the high score was 87. Really?!? tomorrow's leaders?!? That said, I have had a couple of exceptional students...but they really are the exception, not the rule.

A comma... :p

Ah, you didn't mention you'd actually let your fingers do the walking. So next question... do you know if the new style plates can be fit to older bags? I wouldn't mind a lower profile system like the new one - but the indentation in my current bags depth is the height of the female side of the coupler.

I don't know for certain. You could always put a spacer between the upper ring and the bag. It looks like the mount has 4 screws which I think is like the current model.

Unfortunately, the company is in Europe and I'm having a wicked time finding a seller this side of the pond...

For folks playing along at home, my search fu turned up some sellers. Definitely check out Civilian Lab if you're looking for a modular system for touring. Their flagship is a combo backpack + chestpack, keeping weight nicely distributed and close to the body.

Now to figure out a rig for the EZ-Pass transponder... [moto]

Uhm...  Hate to tell you, but that's actually an apostrophe.

One correction was a comma; the other was an apostrophe. laughingdp

Redid the cables on the FCRs last night. I had ignored the instructions and used the wrong port on the throttle wheel. Nothing like closing the throttle on the beltway and having it stuck at 4000rpm when a cable kinks sideways.

Painting kitchen log - Day 4

Supplies are running low. Girlfriend is growing weary and her cutting in work is suffering. Paint cans now outnumber ramen noodle wrappers but only barely. Tenant has retreated to his room, haven't seen him for days. Coat #5 begins tonight. It looks like it will be the last one, but I've grown melancholy and refuse to harbor hope. All is lost. If future generations find this message, never paint a kitchen that is dark forest green a bright red. You don't understand the consequences.
