Agreed - just say "well, if they weren't doing something illegal they wouldn't have gotten arrested!" and then take a swig of cough syrup!
Seriously, as a DC resident you're gonna get called every 2 years (or whatever the minimum is). Of course if you do get on the jury someone will be glad an educated is there that actually will listen, so civic duty and all that!

Went to pic up an old friend. Last time I'd seen him he wasn't doing so good and had fallen to pieces.
More than age, I think he'd neglected himself and had to have some surgery to get him back into shape.
Brought him home for some dinner. He's looking so much better.

Those valve inspection covers are shiny.

Yep - and the cases are too, but not too shiny. Here's what the ones that came on the bike looked like (you can also see how bad the head was):
The guy who rebuilt it said the valve covers I gave him were useless, the corrosion had gotten into the aluminum too deeply and while it could be polished to look good, a month or three later it would white out.
I actually don't like super shiny but these will dim out a tad in a month or three.

So will the Norton sit as long as the Guzzi? Do you need any help staying motivated?

I have a feeling that the Norton will see a bit more use. If not, I'll go steal it.

Went and looked at another town house this evening. This one's got its own garage.
