I quite like my overly expensive dry cell battery. The catch is it's not so great in the cold. But, it is a lot smaller, letting me hide my Powercommander in the battery box, a lot lighter and it came with some free quick disconnects which is niece when I'm workin' on it.

But, yeah - they aint cheap.

Time for a Shorai!  Grin

Yeah I was trying to get one of those but all Coleman has was the Yarusa.....She fired up but it took some time.  Plan on checking her again in a bit to make sure she starts.  Good thing I have an appointment at Battley's tomorrow AM.  Undecided

The last farkles are being added to the Duc.....Evo clutch slave cycliner, rear sprocket and they're going to make sure nothing is seriously wrong with the bike.  Don't want to get stranded anywhere....

You really went to town on that thing.  I remember seeing it before all these projects.  I'm curious to check out now after all your mods.

Speaking of getting stranded somewhere....I put all my powdercoated bits back on my bike recently.  Then I took it down the street to Teaism to grab some chai.  When I got back I decided to do a couple more things and I noticed that all three of my screws that secure the top triple to the forks had not been tightened at all!  Shocked  Good thing I wasn't going far or fast when I took it for a spin, lol.

Grin  It was a good reminder to take my time and check over my work when taking stuff apart and putting it back together.  I imagined what it would be like to have them come off the forks while riding; that would be fun...

Being faster than you thought possible…it feels good. No, screw that—it feels like shotgunning a gallon of adrenaline and chasing it with an all-night orgy aboard a burning Viking boat.

Frame sliders and clear alternatives integrated tail light for the Daytona:

Didn't take a pic of the tail light since it's not fully integrated yet. I'm waiting on the right connectors so I don't have to cut the harness or the stock blinkersignal wires.
