BAD is looking at picking up a No Mar setup as a group if you're interested in chipping in, though you're pretty far south to take full benefit.

I saw that thread. Still felt like being snarky.
Thanks though.

Made some cardboard cutouts for Bianca's tail. Managed to hack the previous piece of (shit) aluminium to fit decently, but it's still a hack. I'll have to order a new sheet of and then fit that one using the cutouts I already made.
I also cut off some bits from the tail section to fit the tail light further back in. I plan to eventually go to an all LED setup but for now I'm using the leftover taillight (and turn signals) from the M900 I cannibalized.
Still need to bleed the rear brake and the clutch, and then setup the wiring for the vapor.

After seeing two accidents on noob rides, I decided it was long past due to install frame sliders - it was a straightforward process.

Rode with Pilette most all day yesterday, visited some good friends we hadn't seen in way too long, and today slept in, ate pizza, mowed the lawn, hung with the wife and washed the dirt bikes.

Spent the weekend with friends at MIR Raceway in Budds Creek. Running the Lightning with some good time for a 4715 lb truck. Best was a 11.002 with a 1.53 60ft at 123 mph in the 1/4 mile. First couple runs I was about 2 sec off pace, and realized I was not getting 21# of boost and was only seeing 10# of boost. Fixed the vacuum actuator on the back of the Kenne Bell supercharger and had no other problems. Lots of race fuel, smoky burnouts and good food Sat night at The Green Turtle in La Plata. We should make this a stop for dinner since it is off the 301 in MD. Also has a good picking of single women in the bar area...
