yeah... Tried - made it from Shirlington to Turnkey run and turned back. Crap weather and people driving like idiots in it would not make for any fun

Yeah I was really bummed, still trying out the recently acquired SS. Also, the M900 has not been ridden in quite awhile and I was really looking forward to some spirited riding on it. - Gene

Artful, Billy and I got out for about an hour and realized that the fog was not only not going to lift, but turned into more and more of a mist.  We had a much better time warming up at lunch than riding.  Good friends make a bad riding day good.

What a great day to ride! After mountain biking in the morning, I went out for a spin on the 749. Saw a big group of riders stopped at the pub in Clifton and a few more on the roads. The weather next week is supposed to be crappy so that's when I'll do that valve check and tune up I've been putting off.

Thinking of getting the KTM out for a bit on sunday. Wouldn't be a grand adventure as I've got tickets to the dropkick murphys in the evening - but I would like to get out. Any other interest?

All Star Nationals series, they ran all classes last night Historic singles and twins and the pros were here to. 30 Heat races! The track was fast last night, surprisingly few red flags, it was great. - Gene
