Metro DC! Who's up for a ride this weekend?

I don't think my ass can take 2 days in a row out there and back...plus I'm on honey-do-ty tomorrow.

We'll get back out to that magical road some day. It's part of my labyrinth of local roads - good for a 1/2 day ride.

Mixed feelings about today. Paw Paw was not the Mecca I was expecting, but Berkeley Springs was interesting. Rt 9 had some great sections but we got stuck behind cages. Seems the good roads are the main roads out there, and everyone has to drive 'em. Not sure I'll ever go back out there as the slab is too much.

Next adventure will be down to Spotsylvania county. I've got some nice back roads that serve as alternative to I95, so much less slab.

Frankly, I'm looking forward to my next Lars ride.
