Those friendly  [leo]s were up there enough to surely notice that there was no damage to that guy's car. Besides, if your bike would have hit that car there would be paint transfer...something that I thought had happened until Zooom schooled me in the Ducati primer color.

On a side note, I would still recommend getting your own attorney. 16 years with Geico or not, those insurance bastards are out to screw everyone! You need someone to protect your interests, not the insurance company's bottom line.

+1 on the attorney. Geico (as any other insurance Co.) will only do so much. If there is a counter claim from the other driver which you cannot disprove, they will pay him and your rates will increase. How do I know? I learned the hard way.
