Changing jobs is a lot of work. No wonder I stayed at UMD for so long!

Once the 675 is up and running, you should try to get the bike to Kenny at MRP.  I'm sure the suspension needs servicing...they say to service the shock after 10 track hours.

I have never heard that one before...who fed you that malarkey?

Read below:

http://www.ohlinsusa.com/ohlins-usa-why-service

Why Service?
Just as you regularly change the oil in your engine, the oil in your suspension needs to be changed as well.  Worse yet, your suspension doesn't have a filter!

With each stroke of travel, the polished surfaces of your suspension pick up microscopic particles of debris.  Those particles get drawn into the oil, and over time contaminate the interior passageways.  As the miles accumulate, so does the grunge.  Without regular service, your high-performance suspension begins to lose it's ability to dampen force.

To keep your investment performing at it's design level, Ohlins recommends servicing your street motorcycle suspension every 12,000 to 15,000 miles, and your track/race bike suspension every 10 hours of track time.

Today I got a nice memory of Japan as I sat on a nice warm toilet seat.

In Japan, their toilets have adjustments on the seats to make your experience enjoyable...heated seats, adjustable spray patterns ect.

As I reminisced of these day, I quicly realized the warmth was not from heating elements, but the gentleman who had just left the restroom.  My happiness quickly diminished.  damn it all!!

On a positive note, a recent study of office workplaces revealed the top of a toilet seat is one of the cleanest places of an office space.

Yes, derby.

I posted that in General a couple days ago, and it's been moved to 'Riding Techniques'

I believe you meant to put that in the "What did you do today?" thread.
