Not sure who, if anyone, had kept in touch with Randy after he retired from the Marines and moved down near VIR, but it seems he was in a pretty significant motocross crash the other day.  He is at Duke medical center, in NC, and last I heard is still on a respirator and has yet to regain feeling below the neck.  Let's everyone keep him in our thoughts, and wish for a speedy recovery.
Ben...

Holy crap!!! I'm alive and the Duc is up and running!!!  Dolph Stepper motors and fuel injectors are expensive. bang head Raffaele at FasterTwin did a kick-ass job on putting me back in the seat. My bike is running better than it ever has. Highly recommend.  waytogo

Anyway, I'll be back in the DC area full time starting in January. Please moto-gods let there be lots of warm days over the winter.

I'm good. Got fat, got skinny, mostly stable now...at least weight-wise. LOL Work has me splitting time between Fort Fumble and Hick-filled County, MD until JAN then I'll be here full time. How about you?

Thinking about dragging my ass out to ride with crazy Lars this weekend. Dolph

Dude, I'm loving t out here, and so is she.  Applied for a position that could take me back to Germany though, so we'll see how that goes.

Well. Busy, but well. Currently sans street legal bike(s) - but I do have that Daytona track bike, I believe we chatted about. Flirting with the Advanced pace group these days at the track.

You should come out some time. Good fun!

I just caught wind of this crappy news as well.

Last I'd heard, he seemed to be doing better - he was trading texts with my neighbor who'd bought one of Randys track rides.

RIP Randy
