Cutting through the small gaps of pedestrians crossing the street? I didn't ride today, but this is what I am picturing given the chaos I saw in Chinatown.
lane splitting is the least of it. I took a couple of sidewalk trips on 4th NW to get to New York Ave from Rhode Island Av. |
