semi dumb liquor question

last party we had, we drank up the fresh stuff and still had frozen blender drink mixers left, so we cleaned out the rest of my cabinet.  got rid of the spiced rum, cointreau and others that were hanging around.  just make sure you sniff the sweet liquors to make sure they haven't turned.

i've been treating rum and whiskey like this for years.

now i have an excuse!
