Question about the dry clutch

I bought the DP pressure plate and DP cover for my 1100 but is it a good idea to buy the stainless spring kit too? Is there a possibility that the stock springs can rust? I was also told that the aftermarket springs are heavier than the stock ones and can cause problems with the clutch pull. But the motowheels website says otherwise. I was thinking of getting a set from motowheels. Yes you should get stainless springs...the stock ones will rust.

The Speedymoto ones work great. I have them on my Multi, and tons have them on their Monsters.  They didn't affect clutch pull much if at all IMO.

ok thats good to know... I will go with the speedymoto. One more noob question though... is it ok to mix and match the DP pressure plate with aftermarket speedymoto parts? Will there be any fitment issues? The bike is still under warranty and I'm just being cautious. Thanks again...

also, if you get nice stainless ones, if you ever get your jeans caught in your clutch and the clutch posts start beating your leg, the nice caps/springs won't tear into your leg!   

though, i have to say it gets pretty gross even without breaking the skin initially....
